How to find out about available appointments with your provider

If you're a patient, who would like to learn about available appointments with a given provider (therapist), follow these steps:

1. Log in to the provider's portal. 

Note: If you're not sure what your provider's portal is, search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In the welcome email, the first link is your provider's portal. Click on it to log in. If you haven't set up password yet, click on Rest password and follow the directions on the screen. 

2. Once you log in, click on Schedule session (under blue tab Schedule). If you see types of services (e.g. therapy, etc.) click on one of them. If you see location (e.g. Telehealth or office), click on one of them. If you see the name of the provider, click on the name to see what dates and times are available with this provider. Use the arrows on the calendar to move to the next month.

Important: If you don't see any available meetings, call the practice/provider as they may not offer this function on their portal.
