Important: Directions for leaving message (or messaging with providers) depends if you're a patient or an admin, staff or other therapist in the practice.
If you're a patient and would like to leave a message/send a message or use the messenger/chat:
1. Log in to the provider's portal. If you you're not sure what your provider's portal is, search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this welcome email the first link is your provider's portal. Click on it to log in. If you haven't set up your password before, click on rest password and follow the instructions on the screen.
2. Once you log in, click on the blue button Chat (upper right corner)
3. Click on the name of the provider then type your message and click on the blue circle with an arrow to send it.
Important: If you don't see the chat option, this means that your provider does not offer it. In this case call your provider.
Note: Your provider's portal is secure and encrypted any message that you send is only visible to the provider you selected and all the messages are encrypted.
If you're a provider (therapist, staff or admin) of the practice and you wish to send a message to your colleague, log in to the portal and click on the icon of the envelope (right upper corner). You can also leave sticky messages and alerts for providers as well. You can find these function under the client's chart.
