If you're a patient, who needs to book an appointment (schedule a session) with your provider follow these steps:
1. Log in to the provider's portal (aka client portal)
Note: If you're not sure what your provider's portal is, search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this welcome email you will find a link to your provider's portal (first link). Click on it to log in. If you have't set up the password, click on rest password and follow the instructions on the screen.
2. Once you log in, click on Schedule (under the blue tab Schedule).
3. Make all the necessary selection (e.g. service, if you see provider's name, date, time, etc.). To move to the next month use the blue arrows on the calendar.
4. At the pop up box, select client (click in the box non selected next to the client field)
5. Click Schedule now.
Note: If you see a message "There are no" available when scheduling, this means that the provider did not set up a scheduling function for patients and in this case, call or reach out to the provider to schedule.
