Administrator (admin) and how to create one

The administrator (aka admin) on TheraPlatform is the superuser or owner of the TheraPlatform's subscription. When you sign up for a a free trial or purchase subscription on our main website, you automatically become the admin on both our main site and your practice's (provider) portal and as the main subscriber you can also use the portal to see patients, schedule, document, bill, etc. 

If you ever need to update, change or switch the admin on our main website (used for managing your subscription), you can log in to our site and click on update info. Change the name, email address to a different admin and save changes. Then the new admin on our main website, would need to return to the main site and click on forgot password to set a new password. Please note that updating/ changing or switching the admin on our main site , will not automatically update the admin on the actual portal (platform). If you need to change, switch the admin on the platform, you would need to log in to the platform and update the admin info under my account and save changes. Then the new admin would have to go to the platform and click on reset password to set the password.
