Why do I need to enter credit card information?

If you're a patient and your provider requested credit card information, you will be required to enter it when you log in to the provider's portal (aka client portal). There could be different reasons why your provider needs you to enter your credit card (cc) information (e.g. ease of paying bills , etc.). If you have any questions about why you need to enter your credit card, call your provider.

If you're the provider on the free trial of TheraPlatform, you don't need to enter your credit information unless you're ready to purchase the subscription.
