Patients can update their credit cards by following these steps:
1. Patients can log in to the provider's portal (aka client's portal) with the email address they have on file with the practice/provider and their own password. If not sure what the portal is, try to search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". The first link in this email is the link to the portal. If you haven't set your password, click on Rest password link.
2. After you log in, click on Update credit card (under yellow tab billing) and enter the credit card number next to the little icon of the credit card and make sure to enter the expiration date under MM/YY and CVC (security number found on the back of your card) under CVC and the zip code under ZIP code.
3. Next click on Add card.
