How to create an account (for client portal/provider portal: patients/clients)

If you're a patient who needs to create an account to access your provider's portal or Telehealth session (virtual room), please search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In the welcome email, we include a link to your provider's portal. Click on the first link in the email that will have the name of your provider's portal followed by .theraplatform.com  or copy and paste it to the browser.

To log in to the provider's portal you will need to enter the email address they have on file and your password. If you haven't create a password yet, click on rest password.
