I need to make a payment

I'm a patient and need to make a payment for therapy, session, evaluation, etc., please follow these directions below on how to pay your provider.

If you're a patient who needs to make a payment, please search your email inbox with a keyword "TheraPlatform invoice". In this email you will see a link to your provider's portal. You can click on the link, log in then click on Invoices (under yellow tab billing). If you have any open invoices you can pay for them. 

You can pay if your provider enabled credit card payment on their end. If you see an open invoice but no pay button once you click on it, reach out to your provider directly and let them know to enable credit card payments.

P.S. If this is your first time logging in and you haven't set up your password. 

Important: If your provider sat up auto charge payment then your invoice will be automatically paid.
