How do I log into the portal to see my receipts?

If you're a patient, you can log in to the private practice (your provider's) portal (not our main site but the portal of the practice). If you're not sure what their portal is you can either contact them directly or you can search your inbox for a welcome email from TheraPlatform to find the link. 

To log in you would need your own password. If you haven't set it up yet, you can click on resent portal on your provider's portal. Then log in and click on Invoices. The invoices that you paid will have status Paid on them and these are your receipts.

If you're a provider and our customer, you will be emailed receipts for your TheraPlatform subscription and  you can log in to our main site to vie them too.
