For Patients: (I need to reschedule)
If you're a patient and you need to change your appointment, you can either directly reach out to your provider to re-schedule or you can log in to your provider's portal and cancel the session you need to re-schedule first by following these steps: click My sessions < Month< Find the date of the scheduled appointment on the calendar < Then Cancel (Not every practice allows patients to cancel. If you don't see a red cancel button, it means you cannot cancel the appointment yourself. In this case reach out to the provider directly to re-schedule.
If you see the red button cancel, cancel the appointment and to re-schedule: Click on Home < Then on Schedule session (under blue tab)< Select service, date, etc. of new appointment and save changes.
Important note: If you're not sure what your provider's portal is, search your email inbox with a keyword "Welcome to TheraPlatform". In this welcome email, we show your provider's portal as the first link.
For Clinicians:
If you're a clinician who needs to reschedule or change appointment follow these steps:
Step 1: Find the scheduled appointment on the calendar and click on it. If this appointment is scheduled as one time, you can edit any information for that appointment. Date, time, provider, service, location, etc. After you make changes , click on Save changes.
Step 2: If the appointment is recurring (e.g. every week, etc.) and you need to change just this one meeting in a week, you can open that meeting on the calendar and make all the necessary changes and click on save changes.
Step 3: If the appointment is recurring (e.g .every week, etc.) and you need to make changes to all appointments in this recurrence (upcoming), then it is better to cancel the recurrence (cancel this and upcoming meetings) and schedule from scratch again with new information.
