If you have a camera problem or your camera is not working, or you cannot see yourself or a client cannot see you during Telehealth (video call), we recommend first you and your client try quitting the session and clicking on the Test Setup button.
This test will test your microphone, speakers, and camera.
The video test should show you on the video camera. If you don't see yourself on the camera, please troubleshoot your camera with the steps included here: For troubleshooting the camera, please refer to this document:
