Do I need to reset password every time I have session (e.g. every week)?

You don't need to reset password ever time you try to log in. The only time you are asked to reset password is when you click on "reset password" link or if you forgot your password (e.g., entered the wrong password). Tip: When entering a password you can click on the eye icon to see what you're typing to avoid typos. 

Note: If you're a patient and your provider, scheduled recurring Telehealth meeting and sat up the reminders, you can click on the link to join from the reminder email sent from TheraPlatform.
