What is a presenting problem on the note template?

What is a presenting problem? One of the fields on the template is "presenting problem". This is where clinicians can note what problem the client is coming with to see them. For example, The client was referred to this evaluation by his physician due to reports of insomnia", etc. If you want to change the  wording of this field, you can replace "presenting problem" with your own wording by editing our template.
