If you're not sure what email or password you should use to log in, please contact the owner of the private practice (the admin) to find out what email they have on file for you. Please note that you are responsible for setting and resetting your own passwords. Admin and staff cannot create passwords for other users for security reasons. Also all passwords are encrypted. Once you confirm what email address the practice owner has on file, they will email you the welcome email from TheraPlatform (search your inbox for TheraPlatform) and you can go to the practice's portal link and click on set/reset password.
Note: If you are a client (patient), please note that you cannot log in to our main site. Our main site is only for the practice owners. You, the client will have a different log in link and you should get a welcome email with it.
If you know your email but our system does not accept your password, follow these:
1. Click on reset password. When typing the password, please click on the "eye" icon to verify that you typed in the correct password (passwords are case-sensitive).
2. Password is case sensitive, so if for example, one used a capital letter to create a password, but when trying to log in typed the capital letter as small, the system will not recognize it as the correct password.
3. Don't enter/hit "space" before starting to type an email or password
4. Make sure CAPS lock is no enabled
