If you are having difficulty signing in (for example you enter the email but your email address does not work or is not accepted; or your password is not recognized), please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Please make sure you're going to the correct site to log in. Clients (patients) and providers (clinicians + staff) , should log in to the practice's account (portal) not our main website to schedule or for Telehealth and for other private practice matters. If you're a client (patient) and not sure what the practice's portal is, try to search your inbox with "TheraPlatform" keyword.
Step 2: Once you verify that you're going to the correct room URL, please click on the "Forgot Password" link and open your email with a link to reset your password.
Step 3: If your email still does not work, click on the eye icon to double check if the email you entered does not have any typos.
Step 5: If you're getting a message "account with this email does not exist", reach out directly to the private practice owner (admin) or therapist to verify if they have the correct email on file.
