Draft Notes

TheraPlatform allows you to save your notes with required fields and complete them later. You can find unfinished notes under To-Dos.

Important: In order to use this function, your note templates (e.g. chart, assessment and treatment plan, progress and discharge notes), must have required fields.

The admin can set this up under :

• Settings < Notes< Select the note template (e.g. Assessment and Treatment Plan)
• Next click on the green edit button next to the name of your note template and make sure that all the fields you have on the template are marked in blue required.
• Click on Save changes.

Users, who use the note template with required fields, will be able to save a note in draft without completing required fields and they can easily find these notes under To Dos. For example, the user typed Subjective part of SOAP but did not have time to finish "required" Objective part, the user can find this note quickly under To Dos and finish the note there.

Here are the steps on how to find draft notes:

Step 1: Click on To Dos.

Step 2: Under Documentation section, click on Draft Notes.

Step 3: Click on the green edit button next to draft note you wish to complete.

Step 4: A note will pull, document and click on Save changes.
