If your client does not have an email address or you don't wish to enter the email address of your client, please follow these steps:
When Adding a New client
1. Click on Clients and then on Add client account.
2. Enter the client's name.
3. Mark in blue Disable email and client portal access- This will allow you to add a client without the email.
Note: If you need to re-add the email later, you can locate this client under Clients, and click on the green edit button. Next un-check the box Disable email and client portal access. Then enter the email address and save changes.
Important: In general, we recommend that you enter the email address, especially if your client will have telehealth sessions with you on TheraPlatform. Having email address on file will also allow you to communicate with your clients via client portal (you can send forms, request signatures and payments and more).
