This article reviews how to troubleshoot the "Invalid room" message.
You might see an "Invalid Room" message when:
1. There is a typo or misspelling of your room (your personal URL). For example, if your room's name is love.theraplatform. com but by mistake you entered leve.theraplatform.com, you will see the message "Invalid room". In this case, double-check the name you entered.
2. You verified the above (spelling is correct), and are a paid member, but the payment failed for auto-billing. In this case, log in to our main website and click Purchase. If the payment still does not go through, we recommend trying to update the card or reaching out to your bank.
Note: To update the card, please click on Update billing.
3. Your free trial has expired. In this case, if you're ready to purchase, log in to our main website and click on Purchase.
4. You cancel your account. If you canceled your account and would like to re-activate it, please log in to our main website and click on Purchase.
