The Pro plan and Pro Plus plan allows you to upload your own PDF resources photos in JPG, and MP3/MP4 to TheraPlatform.
You can organize your resources into folders and subfolders.
How to upload your own PDFs and photos (JPGs) and MPs (3 and 4):
Step 1: Click on the resources.
Step 2: Click on Add Folders.
Step 3: Enter the folder's name.
Step 4: Click on save changes.
Step 5: To add PDF (and files above) to the created folder, click on the name of the folder you created.
Step 6: Click on Add Resource File.
Step 7: Click on browse for file or directly drag and drop your resources.
Step 8: Select the PDF (s) or JPG (s) or MPs and click open.
Step 9: If you wish to share your folder with your resources with other therapists under your account/platform, click on the green edit button next to the name of the folder, and mark in blue is shared.
Note: In order to share your PDF documents or JPG (photos), etc., for home practice or/and during live Telehealth sessions, we recommend you add them before the session to save time. If you need to, you can add them while in online session too.
How to add subfolders in the folders:
Step 1: Click on Resources.
Step 2: If you added folders before, you will see a list of your folders. If not, click on Add folder first to create a main folder.
Step 3: Click on the title of the folder to open the folder.
Step 4: Next click on Add Folder to add a subfolder.
Step 5: Then enter the title of your subfolder and Save changes.
Step 6: To add files (e.g., PDFs, etc.), locate the subfolder you just added in the main folder and click on the title of the subfolder.
Step 7: Click on Add Resource file.
Step 8: Click on Browse for file or drag and drop your resource.
Step 9: Select the file and click open.
Step 10: Click on Save changes.
