To have a telehealth session, you would need the following equipment and we also recommend that both providers (e.g. therapists) and clients (patients) run a test set-up, available on the actual platform.

Computer (Recommended): Windows, Chromebook (if possible avoid it as it is very slow), or Mac. The newer the computer, the better as older computers may run slowly, which can affect your telehelath session. (Ideal age of the computer- 3 years)

Mobile: Tablet or Smartphone.

Internal or External Web Camera.

Internal or External Microphone and Speaker(s).

Headphones are highly recommended.

If you are using iOS device such as iPhone or iPad, make sure to use Safari browser to connect and your iOS version is 11.2 or higher.

Adequate Internet connection speed- We recommend at min 3Mbps connection speed. You can test your Internet connection speed using this website: http://www.speedtest.net/
- The faster the internet connection and the better the quality of your Internet connection, the better the experience. If you are concerned about the quality of your Internet connection and your telehealth sessions are not functional (e.g. cannot stay connected or get connected, choppy audio and video, etc. ), please refer to this article for tips.
If you are on a Chromebook, you would not want to use Safari; you would want to use a Google Chrome.

PC, Mac or Android
- Google Chrome (72+): You can download the latest version of Google Chrome at: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
- If you already downloaded Google Chrome, you can update to the latest version by clicking three dots in the top right corner of Google Chrome. Select "Help", "About Google Chrome". Chrome will update to the last version.

iPad or iPhone

- Screen share feature is not available on iPad or iPhone.
